Pony Racing Entry Form for 2010

The Pony Racing Authority has been established to represent and oversee the running of all Pony Races for Riders aged 11 - 15 years and as a Governing Body to ensure Pony Racing's integrity and safety.

Pony Racing is held under the regulation of the Pony Racing Authority and the allocation, cancellation and alteration of Pony Racing fixtures is authorised at the discretion of the Horseracing Regulatory Authority and the Pony Racing Authority.

The Pony Racing Authority will administer Pony Racing under its Regulations and will exercise control over Riders and ponies taking part.

All Riders wishing to participate in the 2009 Charles Owen Pony Racing Series must belong to the Pony Racing Authority), for which there is an annual subscription of £20. Membership of The Pony Racing Authority includes Public Liability for Riders in Pony Races licensed by the Pony Racing Authority however Riders may wish to also take out their own Personal Liability Insurance.

The Executive Members of The Pony Racing Authority wish all Riders in the 2007 Charles Owen Pony Racing Series good luck and good fun - enjoy the ride.

The Pony Racing Authority consists of members from the Racecourse Association (RCA), Master of Foxhounds Association (MFHA) and Point-to-Point Secretaries Association (PPSA).
