are we really not allowed to use sheepskin nosebands like it says in one of the new rules???? cos loads of people have used them in the past, me included, and it seems stupid to disallow it now...  |

well, i cant use a nosebad on my pony, it cuts his skin & rubs away the hair! you shold b allowed 2 use sheepskin nosebands! theyre batter for ponies hu get sunburnt and all! xx _________________ Scary Biccies = Jump Jockeying =] |

Current rules read;
The following are not permitted in any recognised Pony Race – bandages, whips, spurs, nickel bits, prickers, nickel stirrup irons, blinkers, hoods, eyeshields, eyecovers, visors, sheepskin cheek pieces, ear plugs, nasal strips, tongue ties, jewellery and watches.
So sheep skin nose bands are no longer banned.  |

They are allowed this year, my pony has run in one on her two runs this year in Charles owen races. _________________
